Last week I made some photographs of musician, Chris McWilliams. In the late afternoon, we hung-out in his backyard soaking up the West Texas light. Listen to Chris' newest album, Dreams in West Texas Weather here.

Hanging-out in West Texas is just what the doctor ordered. The past week I've spent my time visiting my favorite places and friends. Here's a sneak-peak of some of my adventures.

The other day I hung-out in Todd Elrod's blacksmith shop in Alpine, TX. Todd makes beautiful jewelery, stoves, and art pieces out in far West Texas. He's also in a FANTASTIC honky-tonk band, The Doodlin' Hogwallops. Check them out here!
